system which would otherwise go waste.
This boilers are make use of the waste heat of the exhaust gases at the outlet of furnace , gas turbine and other factories when the waste exhaust gases have on a required temperature.
Waste heat recovery boiler is a
system which recovery various kind of waste heat generated from the production
process of steel, chemicals etc. then lot of gas is produced. This hot gases is
utilized in the boiler for steam generation. This hot gases contain significant
amount of abrasive dust, these dust particles may be damage the boiler tube due
to erosion. This problem is minimum by lowering the gas velocity providing the
M.D.C( mechanical dust collector) .in m.d.c hot gasses passes though and the
abrupt change in the direction of flue gases flow, dust partials settle down
and remove by suitable ash ash handling system.
